Stalls at idle. Seafoamed, now won't start!?!!

My 700 would run at high rpm, but then stall when it dropped to idle. It had been left for almost a year so I put it down to bad gas. I drained it, used seafoam and a quarter to half a tank of gas. I used the spray cleaner in the inlet then follow the procedure. I stopped the engine, disconnected the inlet hose again, and pulled out the straw and reconnected the hose.
Now it won't start at all, it turns over put won't catch. I have spark, there's fuel in the lines, and I even tried it without the air filter. It will not catch.
Any ideas, because I stumped and too broke to take it any where.....
