HELP please - Rhino 700 2010 - don’t know

Guys Good Afternoon, new to this forum, don’t know the correct language to describe the problem but here I ago . bought a rhino 700 2010 , months back worked fine - had some heating problems, bad thermostat easy fix , then it ran and after few minutes of riding turned off and there was no human power that could start it back up. Next day after no reason first start works fine but then again problem repeats.

Decided to bring it to city (it was in a farm) and now the problem is that if it starts, once i hit the gas , it won’t move , moves almost nothing and it completely smells gas and black smoke.

I’ve checked spark plug and it’s black, replaced it new and still same problem.

Changed cdi thinking it could be the problem and nothing, changed the air valve control sensor and nothing , it just passes to much fuel to the motor , checked the injector with the injector of a 08 grizzly and nothing.

I’ve tried 2 mechanics (“reliable”) and still nothing

Changed the camshaft that was on one end scratched thinking it was that , no improvement.

I’m Pretty much out of ideas.

Fuel pump is fine , marking good pressure. Cleaned it aswell.

When it starts sometimes it idles but once i press the footstep on the gas it’s like drowning.

Please if any one can guide me into how to address the problem if this has occurred before please let me know.

Thank you ,

Johan

Have you checked for air restrictions.

I will check tomorrow, obstruction as of something from the air filter vent to the motor ?

I’ll try to upload videos or pictures to see what I’m seeing. For better explanation.

Yes It might not be getting enough air. You might could try to remove the air filter and see if it improves any. Also You said it ran fine but had heating problem and after you replaced thermostat is when the problem started. Did it run hot long?

I seen coils fail when hot but it wouldn't cause smoke.

Timing issues could. At least it would not hurt to take off the housing and inspect the stator for charring. Just a thought. Hope you figure it out. Good luck..
