you need to mod the front diff so it doesn't come apart, I have posted how many times
thanks i looked through your posts and found it, i wish i knew this ahead of time.
The front diff needs modding even if you have a stock rhino motor.

Beer its been helping ugly people get laid since 1862... It worked 3 times for me. I have proof

Where were you a month ago when i started my swap? Almost finished except for the exhaust. This stuff looks way sweeter than the parts i bought. i am using an 06 outlander that i got for 3500.00 canadian. Deal was so good I took out my supercharged 660 because i love this engine so much. (I have an 07 renegade too) I have a feeling once my machine gets out there is gonna be a few rhino owners around here licking their chops. The wiring is the worst part of the whole swap.

Wow this interesting! So a stock rotax makes 50+ RWHP. What does it take to get a stock 700cc (Is what 25whp) motor to these levels? Just figuring cost wise.

650 Outlanders are selling around here for $4000 brand new, '07 leftovers. All that needs to be done, is swap the jugs to 800 units, (and of course pistons) and you have an 800.

Yes, that's me doing the funny car burnouts in the video. I'm too grey to be doing this stuff!

Picked up my 06 outlander today, blew the belt after 500 feet, but engine seems good and now all I need is Brian's kit for the 2008 700!

Is it close? How long are you thinking for this version?

And of course the Dual Muzzy's.

Donovan

Welcome to the site Greg! Glad you joined!

So the heads and cams are the same? Fuel system? ECU?

This is awesome news if all those things are the same. Buy these for dirt cheap and buy the Mr.RPM bbk and be around the cost of the 800!
