Yes my buddies and I redid a 88 Supra Comp ski boat last winter. We are hardcore Seadoo junkies and used Blacktip blue marble turf on the floor and the swim deck. Blacktip turf is just like Hydroturf. SBT sells it in rolls. It has pressure sensitive adhesive on the bottom and it worked great! It won't mold or retain moisture like carpet. You can even pressure wash it. I highly recommend it. I wouldn't go the contact cement route. I've done several skis with the adhesive backed turf and haven't had any issues. Just be sure to clean the surface. Only time I would use contact cement is if you are making a hard bend around a corner.
I got the snow camp on my aluminum boat turned out good I did the contact cement turned out great I'll look up tht turf need to do my floor
