Best place to buy?????

Guys, I am ready to buy some new wheels and tires for my 09 700 rhino. I have narrowed it down to 26 inch bighorns on either 12 inch diablo beadlocks or 12 diablo non beadlocks. Where is the best place to buy from and what is your recommendation on the rim choices I listed? I do not race just trail ride!
