Title= Joke, no waaaaaayy I am a mechanic. I can fix people easy, just hate working on most things cause to impatient and not a lot of the right tools for the job.

So after many long days at work and about and hour or two a night, the beast is finally awoken. I would like to thank everyone here for their help both directly and indirectly. Many questions answered and a lot discovered by reading through forums. Got the engine hooked up last night and started on first hit, (scared my GF cause she didn't think it was gonna start so easy and fast.) Now just to get all the little things put back on and it will be ready for break-in. Thanks again nFlow, and BrianLee I appreciate your help with the parts list of O-rings and such. If anyone thinks replacing their engine is to much work, just give it a go, with the help on here and all the videos on youtube, I ran into very little problems replacing mine after a tweaker had completely disassembled it.

I am ready to "rip it up", can't wait to see the how well it runs with the mods I have from Hunterworks and the MSD, just wondering what setting(number) I need to run it on to get best performance for my mods.

I have cam, board throttle body, and muzzy exhaust, and efi intake filter im on 7. What model msd u got, clutch will have nothing to do with setting but i dont know what all u got from Todd

My msd is a 4243, it came on 7 when i got the rhino because guy said it was an alba custom map in that position. Im not too sure about that. Here r the settings for my model
. If u have same model go by the small arrow not the line in the middle

Not sure the model I will have to look when I get home, came with the Rhino, only mods I have are sheave/ roller weights, slug kit and gold spring. And a homemade loud exhaust that the guy cut the tip off of and who know what else :sign_tbnt:

If u have same model and decide u need to make map adjustments i can loan u the disc and cable to do that if u dont allready have them. And i can make copy of msd manual and mail it to u

Well, took it out for a spin today to do a quick break-in and got it up to 85 before GF started freaking out, lol. Oh yeah that's km/h hadn't reset speedo yet. It is super loud without the engine covers on. I know people talk about how loud the rhino is normally but man I couldn't even holler loud enough for her to hear me. The exhaust has the tip cut out and wondering if this is the main culprit or what? Also seemed a little sluggish on acceleration, not sure if the gold spring is the reason why. It hooked up quick and had no hesitation thanks to slug kit. Any input on the spring? I mostly trail ride and putt around, we do some mudding and it can get sloppy. Current tires are 26x10x14Front 26x12x14Rear( If I remember correctly), will probably change them for little narrower and taller, not sure yet. Thanks again to everyone in your help getting it running and providing tons of information.

Did u check ur tps? Had to adjust mine after eng install to get it back in range. Not sure if its causing the sluggish but worth checking out

No I will do it when I get home today, I was looking through manual and saw it and thought maybe it needed checking anyway since all the work had been done. And it may not be sluggish, could just be the feeling to me going to a UTV over a 4-wheeler

Ok so checked TPS and was 13 & 102. Range said 15-20 & 95-100. Is that enough out to need adjustment?
