The shorter rod also put more side load on your piston; thus creating more heat and wear. Not trying to knock the stroker, just letting everyone know.

Gald to hear it is running good Kyle, sounds like it will be a monster once you do the porting and bigger valves.

info

Your post was very informative even to us 660 guys. It's nice to see even the 700 Rhinos with the right mods can keep up with the Teryx and RZR. Climbing up China wall with power is tough for 686, 720, and 760 Rhino that are running right. Sounds like your Rhino is running very well and I would not worry about the slowness up big hills because unless you figure out a way to add another piston the twin motor guys will ALWAYS have an significant advantage climbing big hills. Teryx, RZR, and Rotax Rhinos that I'm faster than on the flats are faster than me climbing big hills like China Wall because those twins fire twice everytime I fire once. The stroker is the way to go, PERIOD!!!

it is a hotrods crank but modified by crankworks to help insure better reliability.
Greg also has the option on selling a moddified oem crank but it is only a +4mm

You can look at Weller's site WellerRacing.com and get an idea of cost but it will depend upon how much work you want to do, whether or not someone will tune your car, if you port or go bigger valves etc.... Cost is difficult thing to state because of all the factors involved but you can start on Weller site and then google different parts but in the end unless you really know what you are doing you will be paying one of the motor builders to dial it in for you.

it will be quite a bit cheaper from what I was told.

if you want a ruff est on parts(no labor) cost you are looking about $1100 or so.
again this all depends on what you already have and what you still need or want to do.

ive been talking with jason and we should be at 50 hp with doing the big bore kit. what i want to know is a stroker at 45hp better than a big bore at 50hp. and trying to determine where to throw the money at.

I think Jason is including a port and big valves with the 734 big bore kit? If you port and install big valves then the stroker is at 50 hp as well. Ask Jason which install generates more torque.

well with that bigbore I am sure it also has head work and a larger injector to get to 50hp.

either way your going to be happy. Wellers are good peeps.
more power is more power- it all comes down to how much you want to spend.
