Carb Tuning for 660

Merry Christmas to ALL. I want to tune my carb. My Rhino is a 2007 660 with stock motor. The changes I have made are...
K&N filter with stock air box
Shop Vac RAIS tube
DynaTek FS CDI and HOT COIL with NGK Iridium 2202 plug
JBS Sheave and OD weights and Orange Spring
Alba hi flow fuel pump
Tyrex shocks and soon to have 26.5 Pitbull Uber Rockers on OEM R12 wheels

I have the DynaJet kit and plan to use the DJ170 main and spring, OEM pilot and needle with the washers swapped and the AF screw turned out 2.5 turns. Does this sound about right or should I change it before I start?

Thanks in advance for help/suggestions.

All you need to do is change the pilot and main jet till you get the fuel right and adjust the a/f screw.. don't need to mess with the needle

you should be close there. but I wouldn't touch do the needle until you test run with just main jet first. jetting is time consuming but the results can be great!

I have 160 main (same as DJ170) and far washer in bottom stock pilot with 2.5 turns, I also have dual exhaust and open KN style intake.

flipping washers made a big improvement on my 0-300' times and seat of the pants dyno. also evened out numbers on my AFR gauge.
