Belt change rhino 660

Ok I know I'm an idiot but had a few drinks and thought I would install my new belt. Well didn't go to good. I snapped one of the bolts to expand the pulley. Now what do I do? I'm Screwed!

hahaha!!!! it's not as bad as you think. There are videos on youtube showing the procedure. As far as the broken bolt, you need to remove the secondary sheave then disassemble it. Be careful removing the large nut that holds the spring because you have it preloaded with the broken bolt in there. James at JBS, (wvhotrod) did a nice vid showing how to use the stock steel wheel you might want to look at, but it might be safer with a spring compressor, depending how much preload is on the spring.

Forgot to answer other question. Use same impact gun to remove nut and slide it off the input shaft. I didn't see what year rhino you have, but you will need to remove the seat brace bolts and push sideways against the motor to wiggle it out.
