Pissed rear brake problems

well broke ta mounts for rear diff got that fixed wit angle iron n welder,changed rear brake since had it all apart.i screwed ta piston i like i was suppose to but now its like ta brake is engaged all ta time now,just test drove it in ta yard bout two time n it was so hot when i spit on it just sizzled,n i got no e-brake either can some one help a chump out.gettin tried of workin on this damn thing n last month front seal,front brakes,brake pad pin stripped out that was a pain,broke all four tabs that rear end mounts to fixed that now no rear brakes.

Pissed still no help

does any have any ideas on whats wrong with my rear brakes,i took it back apart n screwed piston back in n put it all back together.this time i bleed ta rear brake,thats helped but still no e-brake ive adjusted that little nut in console till im tired of it.anybody got any ideals to help a chump out.

New brake pads will drag a bit, not to the extent of heating up your disc though. After bleeding your rear brakes thoroughly, there should not be any problems. When you operate the park brake manually at the caliper, does it work fine. Maybe the problem is in the cable(ie. siezed, stretched)? Make sure the return spring on caliper is installed properly.

How did you get the broken pad pin out?

Question rear rake

ta spring works fineswhen u set ta e-brake u can see everything moving like it should.But the cable feels loose like u can pick it up out of ta little thing it sets in,ive adjusted the bolt on ta back of the brake n nuttin changes,ill try bleeding them again.got ta pin out by useing just ta rite size drill bit n drilled tapered end out,then wit another bit drill ta big end out there was still sum of the bolt on threads so i took small flat head n tapped it out,threads r fine screwed another one in next day but just so sumin else could go wrong.I really take it easy on ta trails,just ease around jam on ta radio n drink a couple cold beers,this thing really pissin my off,may just sell it n get a rzr

The actual cable appears to be the problem. If your adjuster nut is tightened right up and it's still not working, maybe the cable is screwed or crud inside.
Can't help you out on the Razor issue though

ah,just kidding on rzr thang ya im gonna take it back apart tonite n try to c whats wrong with it.want to go riding this weekend,hell ive missed two rides already cause of stuff wrong wit it,im goin this weekend thou even if i half to go wit just front brakes,u feel me

fixed?

well its been a week or so since i worked on my rhino,ta problem on e-brake was ta little e-clip had com off.I toke rear brake apart cali n everythang cleaned it n put it all back together wit fixed e-brake n bleed it bout 20 times,brake aint siezed up like before but ta pedal is real spongey,I'm gonna ride on ta next ride then bleed it again{bleed ta front to n that seemed to help,didnt no front wood matter but i guess air gets in ta whole system}thanks for ta help{one lone guy}man this forum thang aint really worth it,if it aint already wrote about then u might as well hang it up cause noboby replies,its been trail n error ta whole way,aint got a problem wit it that way thou but a little insight every now n then wood be nice
