I was at KMS Performance yesterday picking up some parts. Kelly was just finishing up a turbo install on a Rhino with one of Brians RYR kit. Nice kit Brian!180+ rear wheel horsepower! Not sure how long the oem rear diff is going to live, but they are already thinking of a Mazda diff conversion.

This was the first time I saw a Rotaxed Rhino. Very impressed! I think I know whats in my future.

on your harnes the key switch for ignition is not 12 volts. they key switch sends negative to the ecu for ignition that then send negative to the relay that then send 12 vdc to supply. the only 12 vdc that the key switch controls is for the running lights. pull your ignition off of the relay pack not the key switch.

Not sure what it puts out but it's definitely not enough! I have troubles running a full ssv stereo and stock replacement H.I.D's :/ we need some sort of alternator ASAP!

Get a second battery(optima) and battery tray for the 08 and newer, problem solved.

i think they are 380 watts, not very much tho. I run 2 led bars 10" / 40" race radio system and it does pretty good i have an optima in stock location and a blue top in the second location. It sure does suck if your out riding hard at night and your batteries cant keep up with the fuel injection.

Yeah it looks like they're 400 watts. The new 2010's with power steering have a 600 watt stator but from what I read they are not interchangeable.

When connecting the driveshafts does the driveshafts just slide onto the splines and thats it? No c-clip or bolt that holds it in place? Is it the same front and back? Picture below.

Thanks

Hi John, There is a bolt and washer that bolts the u joint to the shaft. That keeps it from moving back and forth. just make sure the shaft lenght is right so the cv joint iner part is flush with the outer part of the cv.

Hey guys, on the power problem. I run a blue top Optima as a second battery and an Isolator. That way all my extra stuff runs off the optima and it still charges off the can am charging system through the isolator when the first battery is fully charged. I run 2 amps for the stereo, 2 hids and havnt run out the optima yet.
