Temps have been good under 200. Normally between 180 and 190. The TCP radiator and oil cooler really help out. Oil is a bit higher like 210 but I would expect it to be. Anyone know what the normal operating temp for the oil on these is?

On mine; easy riding the oil stays under the water temp. Hard riding the oil goes just a bit over the water temp.

If I leave the fan over-ride on all the time the water temp never goes over 200 on hard riding, never over 180 easy riding.

Yeah I'm running the RYR TCP setup with the larger fan. Also thats with the fan basically running %100 of time. I also have removed the thermostat. The only thing I can think of that might be causing it to rise like that is air in the system, the little bleed valves don't seem to tighten down as tight as they should on the rear cylinder.

Do you check the 2 bleeders ocassionally to try and bleed air out?....

If so, do you get a little air out each time you bleed them?

If so, possibly a head gasket is leaking into a coolant passage under real hard usage, therefore is where the air keeps coming from?

If this sounds a bit feasible, analyize your coolant...would at least ease your mind for the head gasket problem...

Yeah my fan is on almost 100% of the time as well. I run water and wet water in my cooling system. Definately check for air. Try doing it on an incline to make any trapped bubbles to rise.
