I am currently in the "build".
-I have the RYR kit with 1/2 of it installed.
-The motor has been ordered and should be here within the next week or so.
-I have upgraded and installed a triple pass TCP radiator/shroud/SPAL fan combo along with a larger oil cooler/shrould/Spal fan.
-Gusseted the frame.
-Ordered a PC V
-Ordered an oil adapter for the cooler lines from Mr RPM
-Talked with Stacey about a custom wire harness
-still need to get a fuel cell for the rear but have a fuel pump coming with my rotax

Gusseted the frame. Do you mean the rear diff?
Fuel cell for the rear. Do you mean Brians tank that the pump bolts into?

I spot welded my front diff bolts today and fabbed some mounts for the Renegade radiator and made about 7 runs to diff suppliers for hardware and what-not. This project could also be marketed as a weight-loss program as well!

I guess I'm probably over half way done. Engine bolted in, Muzzy headers installed. I got some stock R1 mufflers I'm going to mod to bolt on. Very light, stamped 80db compliant, and made for a 1000cc 150hp motor. Wiring harness should be to me first of next week. Mocked up the rear driveline. Trying to get final length figured then taking it to a driveline shop to true up and weld.

To go: finish exhaust, finish rear drive line, mock up and finish front drive line, MR RPM oil filter adapter on it's way, water line connections, shifter mod, etc, etc....

Pics link on my sig

Oh me me me! I'm at the beginning still I have more questions than answers...

What I have:

RYR Kit is on it's way
Bearings to make shifting easier are here
Ordered stock rhino wiring harness today (since my old one was cut to bits and useless)

What I need:

1.Waiting on Nick(speedforsale) on an available motor (I should have acted sooner my fault)
2.Mr rpmOil filter adaptor
3. Need to get my wiring situated
4. Need headers for my pipes
5. Need front and rear drivelines
6. Need Power Commander
7. Need the ryr fuel cell
8. Gotta get me a Front diff again

Ugghhhhhh....! I think there's waaaayyyy more than that...?...

I bought a gusset kit from LTI and reinforces all the a-arm bolting points. I also added a rear diff gusset/brace. I am either going to use my stock fuel tank in the stock position or get a plastic race tank to sit in the rear of the rhino. The reason I would do that is to gain easier access to my primary/secondary drive system for easier tuning.

I will post a couple pics of the way mine is when I take it apart this week to install the CVTech clutch.

I am using the stock tank in the stock location with the Rotax pump....the cool thing is my seat frame is modded so that I can run the full CV cover and also change the clutch easily if I want to...just pull the tank and up bolt the seat bracket and the cover comes right off...this way I can work on it..and still have use of the bed for a 4 seater.

my07rhino, I built a Raptor with a GSXR1000 motor and I ran 2 Hayabusa canisters and that thing was extremely quiet. If I could have got the Muzzy system without the cans I would have.

Good to hear. I'm hoping it works out well.

I don't mind loud pipes in the sand but I'm doing a lot more mountain riding and long rides in the desert. Plus, I got my R1 mufflers for $75 for both. Total exhaust investment; $325!

$325!? You sir are lucky! I have a ridiculous goal to meet to be rolling by labor day weekend I might not make it because of the pipes but I'm gonna try

I wasn't planning on having mine done by then but it's looking like it might be.
