brian and I have discussed this as I had this idea last year, it would be fairly simple as the front drive shaft is always turning, The reason we decided not to do it was that the rotax puts out more power in stock form then the rhino does, Knowone has had any charging problems, therefore the need just isn't there, But don't let that stop you.

Nope. No alternator kits thus far. Like Max said, there really isnt a need for them. The Rotax has a very strong stator......;..

He Brian B, do you think there might be a little more interest in a alternator kit for the RYR guys. I would think that for the 660 guys it shouldn't be to hard to mount a pulley to the rear brake and a bracket off the frame for a alternator.

Naw man. Only a small few people would want it. It might even be easier to swap the Commander 400w stator..... Livnlo would know!

Im interested in more power...High power Stator or something.. Im having a problem when i go on night rides with all my lights on 50" led light bar,2 D2 Dually lights,Lighted whip and my high beams on my battery gets drained. I put a meter on my battery when all lights are off and Its Charging at 14volts, but when i turn on all the lights it goes down to 12 volts. When i get back from riding and i don't let it charge up with the lights out. Its hard to start. Is Anyone else having this problem .. Thanks
