I filled my tank up with 1 or 2 bars showing and it only took 4.5 gallons, wondering if anyone else has noticed that there gauge might be off a little with this setup?

It is. It reads low. If I overfill mine the top bar will only stay on for just a couple miles. Better to read low than high.

Ok cool. How many miles are you seeing on a tank? Or have you calculated mpg yet?

dunno exactly. seems just a bit less economy than the 660. one day i did a HARD desert ride on the Rotax including many 70mph+ runs. did 69 miles. gauge went down to 1 bar. dunno how much gas it held (filled from my toyhauler) but i know it wasn't empty. i'm sure if i take it easy i could go 100 miles easily.

I calculated 20 mpg last fill up mixed riding with 2 and 4 people. I also noticed my fuel tank is pressurizing. Is this normal?
