RYR Gen 2 Engine mount pics! Fits All Rhino's!

Rather than building a 700 Rhino specific engine mount kit, I thought why not do one that will work with all Rhino's? After much research and thought, this is what my good friend LSRGreg and I came up with! This engine mount will replace the center section of the rhino's belly pan and will bolt (or weld) onto the Rhino's frame rails. Not only will it accept your 800cc Rotax engine, it will actually offer more structural support to your Rhino frame than the factory sheet metal! Win Win!

Take a look at the drawings and let me know what you think. As always, the mounts will come powder coated in Red, Blue, Silver, or your choice (no black) and the kits will come with all the hard parts, and hardware necessary to make this engine fit and work in your rhino!

Taking orders. Allow 3 weeks to ship for the first run.

$1500 plus shipping

Because black would blend in with the frame and take away from the ballerness!

lol. Ballerness = advertisement. I don't blame you. You've come up with a great idea. I wish my wallet would allow it, but not with a baby girl on the way. Maybe in the future.

If its going to be a weld in deal wouldnt you just want to leave it raw? otherwise your just messing up the PC......Nice piece tho...definatly making it easier to do a swap

Yes. But unless you're powdercoating the whole chasis, you would want the majority of the mount to be left coated. Just grind off the edge, and get to work.

Otherwise arrangements can be made to get a raw kit. No problem!

really?
i thought the turbo rzr beats the prowler 1000?
and the cat beats the rotax even without paddles.

the rotax i think is way more reliable then the turbo rzr thou! if i had to choose it would be the rotax all the way!

Donnys (Sandnu) rhino out ran some kind of Turbo/SC rzr at piosmo dune tour. It had an intercooler in the cage behind the drivers head.......2 passes in a row...needless to say the RZR left after that
