Thank You

Mears Family Fund........
I Would like to Personally " Thank Everyone" for all your support, love and concern for us after the accident at Gordens well sand dunes over Christmas. We have never been on the other side of something like this and am very humbled and moved that everyone showed so much concern for us. I feel so bad that with the economy and everyone struggling to keep their own business and families going that they would donate money to us.
The fact that everyone got together and raised Two Thousand Dollars for us is amazing and we are very thankful!
I really want to thank Nick for setting up the fund and the website, Joey for all the support and posts and adding us to his site, Randy Walker for the Donation to paypal for dinners (that came in handy) and Jose from Summers Brothers for donating product and Doug from the forums for his Generous Donation. Bobby and Meredith Vanbeekum for all your support. Court and Price for driving to Yuma and bringing my parents home on Christmas Eve. Plus anyone who gave to the fund to raise the $2,000 dollars I cant thank you enough.
We are doing well and Recovery is continuing... Andrew is in Therapy 3 days a week and is wearing a brace at night to help his right hand. He is still not able to lift anything heavier than 5 lbs but is slowly progressing. The scars still upset me (thats the mom in me) Andrew however is not bothered by them at all and thinks they are cool. I am just thankful that he is here for me to worry about the scars. Scott is still using his walker (modified that is... ) he can put some weight on his leg now and will be able to start therapy next week. By the end of the month they should be fitting him for a new brace.
It was a bad accident and one of the most scary and terrifying events that Mandy (our 18 year old daughter)and I have ever dealt with and that drive from Yuma was pure hell not knowing what we were driving too. But it could have been so much worse and again the main thing is that they are both here and that we have so many wonderful, amazing friends and family that care for us! I could not have got through this without you all!
Thank You so Much! Just wanted to let you know we are honored and humbled to call you "Our" friends!
I did not mention everyone who gave to the Mears Family Fund as we just got a list tonight and I do not know how much you donated as it is just the list but we are VERY appreciative and I did not want to miss anyone or for you to think we dont appreciate it. THANK YOU!!!!!

Kiwee Mears
