Looks and sounds awesome. What do you think the hardest part of the conversion is? Wiring or fab work?

Getto,

I see your using the stock suspension? I am confused on how you take a rear end that has 930 cup and what axles do you get to use the stock wheels. I have a motor and want to buy a Jeffco but was unsure how you continue to use the stock wheels?? Whats the Axle secret??

nothing was really hard, just time consuming. Mounting the motor was easy, and the diff wasnt too bad either once i figured out how i wanted it. As for the wiring, i sent the stock R1 harness to Jeff @ Barker Racing, and for $250 you get a full switch panel and basically 3 wires to hook up. Worth every penny not to worry if you cut and soldered the right wires etc.

Booshy, as for the diff i planned to use 930s all the way around, but figured i would try the race prepped 930s on the inners and gorillas on the outers (which allowed me to keep the unmodified XTR +6.5" a-arms).

I made my own custom axles out of 300m.
