So does this motor have a CVT or not...???
General...when you get there pick one up for me too...
Also...if these motors are made here in the USA I'll take one over a bigger, better, motor made in Japan...
Not too sure about the rest of the Chino but not going to bash them either...
We need pics of all the angles of that motor and all the details...
Downloadable pdf for shop level service manual...???
How is the driveline set up...???
With the double ohc I assume the valve tappets are adjusted with shims...yes/no...???

Is the ECU programmable...
What is the miminum octane requirements... 11.5:1 is quite high for pump gas generally but the devil is in the details...
Is there an existing turbo for it...
How much will it cost...
Are crated motors for sale...
Also that picture shows dual exhaust ports so I just want to verify that picture is the v-twin and not a picture of a v-four...
The ECU is programmable. I am told it will go to 125hp or more. No turbo yet, but as soon as I get one in the store, I will begin working on one.
The Ruesch Panther 1000 MSRP is $15,900 with the Baja suspension. The Baja suspension is 8" over with 17" travel in the front, 15.5" in the rear.
Don't know about the motors, probably not available crated for a while. The photo shown is the V-twin. Two exhaust valves per cylinder, so you get two ports.

The clutchless auto seems like it COULD be a good compromise...just depends on how well it is made and works...
If the drive belt is exposed that will be problem...if it's sealed it should be fine...

My sentiment is that I hate buying Japanese as I still remember Pearl Harbor...being anti-communist, anti-slave labor, and not wanting to own junk in addition to not wanting to loose out to the Chinese in war or trade...I don't like the idea of buying imports period...
I just wish we could always get what we want made here but it just ain't the way it is so I say give the guys who earn a living assembling and selling these things and the people who buy them here in the US a break...
