A 155 main with a 55 pilot should work well for your mods but a dyno tune is always more accurate. We stock the jets, filter and billet adaptor too!

It means putting the machine on a dyno and adjusting the jetting while using an o2 gauge, it will get the most power. But like I mentioned, the 155 and 55 should get you pretty close. If you look in the engine section there is a long but worth reading thread on jetting.

Yes, most likely, but you might have to drill out/remove the brass cap that is covering the pilot screw to access it. I have a billet adapter for sale for $25.00 and you can get a uni foam filter for it for around 20-25 dollars. Also for $5.00 more I'll even include the RAIS tube, which is basically a larger diameter tube that goes on top of the airbox in place of the stocker. You willl also have to raise the needle. Don't waste your money buying a dial a jet kit for it. The stock needle works best.

As I stated earlier im knew to the Rhino, really not familiar with carb adjustments etc.I do have Dynatek CDI box with PDM Exhaust tip.I did replace the stock filter with the Uni 2 stage .is it even worth upgrading with the Billet adapter,it seems to run great the way it is im kinda confussed on what to do ,

If your interested, I think I have a dyna jet kit... not the dial a jet kit... which should have the 155 main and 55 pilot. I'll check and make sure though.
