Gauge Install

I bought a 3 Guage Set at Autozone, water temp, volt and oil pressure.
I made an adapter to go in the outlet radiator hose for the temp pickup.
I'm looking for help with where to tap the oil Pressure. Volt meter is not a
problem.

I need that info also, anyone

Ive seen that before but where does is plumb into the line at on a rhino 700.

Into the rubber oil cooler line off the engine, passenger side if I remember correctly.

Now I need to make one for the oil line.

I made a hose Barb or adapter like the one shown in an earlier reply.
The Temp Gauge I bought was not long enough to reach the thermostat
Hsg. so I cut the Driver Side hose right under the rear part of the belt
drive cover and put it there. Did the same thing on right oil line, passenger
side to right of air cleaner box. If you don't have a lathe it's easier to buy
the fittings from one of the members that offer them.

for my temp gauge kit I went to home depot in the plumbing section and got some 1/2 inch pipe, a 1/2 inch "T" and a 1/2" x 1/8" reducer and put in it that way. I cut the 1/2" pipe in half and screwed it on to each end of the T, I left about 3 inches sticking out on each end. I then cut the coolant line on the drivers side of the rhino up by the A arm, and installed it there. Its a good tight fit so it wont pop off. I then stuck the reducer on the T part and that is where I installed my sending unit. If you need a ground just wrap a piece of wire around the sending unit and use a small hose clamp to hold it on the sending unit. Spray paint it flat black and no one will see it. Sorry I dont have any pictures of it. By the way, Im grew up on a farm so that is the farmer way of doing it, very effective.

yA I BOUGHT THE SAME ADAP FOR MY OIL.. THE ONLY THING IS MAKE SURE U CUTT THAT HOSE ST8 AS POSSIBLE CAUSE MINE CAME OFF

For the Oil Presure Gauge on a 660 , you can drill and tap the banjo bolt that connects the oil pipe . (Located under carb toword drivers side ). I get good reads there.

here's what i did and it works sweet. just a word of advise check the hot line first, cause the 08 shows out of engine as bottom and my 09 is hot on the top! i'm wondering why this is?
