when you put the servo back into the new diff did you have the paint lines on the gear and the housing in line and did you have the rack in the diff all the way to the right (looking into the hole)? If that is all good you have three relays to check.

The manual says to check the servo with two c size batteries(3volts) not 12volt.

I put the rack all the way to the unlock side and installed the servo, so it was too the right, I left my book in motorhome when i sold it so I cant determine which fuse or relay it is, would that just blow a fuse or relay just being replaced, because it worked good before i pulled it, the case was broke is the only reason i replaced it.

no it should not have made a difference just switching one to another. I burnt up a motor in one once. So I took it completely apart and replaced the motor. It is important to get the paint marks in line on the actuator before you put it in the diff. As far as the relays go you have one for the headlights. one for the lights for 4wd and two for shifting the 4wd. the white one is for 4wd lights. just check the color of the wires to determine the headlights relay. Don't want to say this one or that because you can switch the order in the battery box to easy. Do you hear or feel the relays clicking on or off?
