Diff lock switch

Has anybody had a Diff lock switch that is stuck? my cover will not swivel over the 4 wheel switch? Bad switch or an elect problem??? thanks

Try cleaning it. I was riding with MB8484 this past weekend and his got stuck. I think it was because of dirt, mud, sand, debris getting wedged behind the switch cover. I run a windshield which significantly helps keep crap out of the cab area, he doesn't, so it would make sense....

Mine had the same problem awhile back... Just clean it and sprayed WD 40 and have not had a problem since.

Thanks I did spray it with WD and I do have 1/2 shield but my daughter brought it back one day with mud up to the top of the roll bar so I may have to remove it to clean it better thanks again

i had to take mine apart on my grizzly onec to clean it out. it wouldnt move for nothing.

Hey Spudnuts, use Amsoil metal protector in the spray can, leaves no oily film to collect dirt and lubes well.

got home and blew it out real well lubed it and it broke loose. thanks for the help and I will get amsoil product on my next order from them. I will be changing amsoil in the rhino next service. Been using it in my cummins with excelent results.

I used my air compressor with a blower attchament and blew air all around it.

I've had to blow out regular switches before also.
