My differential will not lock

My rhino has set for close to a year because I havent had the money to fix it. When I get my taxes back this year iam going to fix it because i cant stand not riding it. My question is before i parked it when i would put in four wheel drive only the rear wheels will pull but when I lock the differential in I have one in the front and the two rear. I had the electric motor replaced and it didnt fix it so what else could it be?

1st check to make sure both front axles are good
If they both good and only one pulls I say the clutches in the diff are bad and slipping not locking so both axles pull

WHen you say check the axels you mean the splines i guess. DO you recomend a place to get the clutch diff or a brand?

HMMM!!!

I have an issue with my front diff right now and seeing you say something about clutches has me thinking. When i lock mine in four wheel drive i can spin the front tires in forward but when i go in reverse it will not spin the tires. Just makes a loud squeeling noise??????? Clutches maybe??????

Ok i looked into it a little more today. I took the electronic diff loc box of the front diff it is working fine and the peace that it moves is working fine. I took the right hand cv joint out and locked and un locked it and the splines and everything are locking. So this tell me it has to be that limited slip thing a gear or something in the differential. That right side will not pull when locked in, it catches a little bit and shakes but thats it. What does this sound like to you guys?
