Which states have addressed UTV for on-road use?

I spoke to my representative last weekend concerning him starting legistation to get a limited use law for on-road use of UTV's. Golf Carts are allowed in daylight use here in SC as long as they meet several criteria. LSV's are defined in state law, but they are defined as vehicles that do not exceed 25 mph. The feds seemed to of classified UTV's as LSV requiring most of the same features are passenger vehicles. I've looked through the post here and believe that Arizona does allow on-road use of the UTV. Can someone provide the statute that covers it's definition in law? I searched Arizona law and only saw 28-100.32.
What I am after is basically to get the UTV added to the Golf Cart law so that I can use it to farm my nearby fields. TIA!

New York has addressed it. NO.

I've visited the DMV and I called the State. NO NO NO. I've added a SMV sign on the back when I take the Rhino down the road - I hope that helps if I ever get stopped.

If you want to use it for farming put a metal orange triangle on it. Check out your laws regarding that.

we can ride them in ga on roads that dont go over 35mph

Unforetunetly it's not as easy as using a slow speed vehicle placard. It would actually have to be used in planting/harvesting and be an implement for a tractor.

Wheelin, do you know the statute number for Ga. that authorizes street use?

I could easily place blue lights on it and claim it as a Police vehicle, however that would be abusing my powers. I want everyone here in the state to have the same priveledges as me.
