diff stuck wont disengage

Well to start out asking questions, shows how much i don't know about my
660, the diff lock is stuck on, have read several threads, most say they can here a clicking when you push the button, i dont here anything, cant tell which relay goes to the diff, the 3 amp fuse is good. don't have a manual, couldnt get any to the links to work.
the 4x4 and the diff lock is working, i put the rhino on stands all 4 wheels off the ground and still wouldn't unlock? don't know where to look next. Switch, wiring, relay, servo,????? any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance from a Greenhorn who wants to learn more.

PS stopped by the dealer today, no help at all, offered to order a manual for me for a 100 bucks.

Give me your email either here or pm, I'll give you a manual.
When you press the 4x4 button and diff lock, do the lights come on.
It may be the electrical connections right at the diff.
