I am sure when Yamaha comes back it will be with a bang! Yamaha is a very competitive company with problems to take care of right now. I am sure they will step up the game soon! Have to teach irresponsible riders a lesson first.

I certainly hope so. I actually been eyeing up a RZR or CanAm as of late.....and I've never owned either brand!!!! Been a Yamaha fan most of my life.

I'd put money it's still going to be awhile. Even though they have cut production down a lot, they are still selling Rhino's with ease. I'm pretty their saying is why fix somethings that's not broken! LOL

I also feel no matter what they do as far as design goes, it will still be lacking until they step up to some sort of twin motor and I don't see that happening anytime soon either.

Good things come to those who wait and Yamaha will return with something to answer the demand and I'm sure they'll add a little bonus for making everyone wait so long. You know its killing their R&D guys to sit back and watch.

they have prototypes in testing, a few actually. Yamaha has the best RD that's y they last. I was told by my buddy who runs a Yamaha dealer they are planning 2014, but hopefully it's sooner! I would rather have a rhino and do a few mods than have a rzr that's real fast til I breaks. and my buddy's new can am ripped the rear arms off in a pretty easy whoop section (I bash in my rhino all the time lol) anyway my .02

I have heard a similar report from a friend of mine that is a Yamaha dealership GM. We may hear something in June or September from Yamaha...and the rumored HP numbers are over 100hp! There is an additional rumor that Yamaha may not be calling it a Rhino. Just rumors for now...hope they are true.
