2006 660 carb issues

I have a 2006 660. It had been running bad because it sitting up and the gas going bad. I clean the carb and while I had it off I put in a Dyno Jet kit. The motor idles fine but when you come off of idle the motor pops and tries to go dead or does. It will crank back up fine. I have the air mixture screw turned out about 4 turns. I have no other mods on the Rhino

New fuel filter, new fuel pump.fresh fuel.

you need to post altitude and motor mods to get the correct jetting help.

The air screw out four turns is way off / should be only 2 - 2 1/2 per dyno jet instructions for a starting point

I'm down in Mississippi (about 160 ft above sea level) I set the carb up per the instructions. I put the 155 main jet in and set the clip in the second groove. When I first started it up it would not idle at all. It was acting like it had a vacume leak, You could put your hand over the intake of the carb and it would idel up. I checked for vacume leaks around the carb rubber and could find any. Then I backed the needle out to three turns and it help the motoer idel then back it out to 4 and its idleing good just when you crack the throttle it will want to die.

I have no motor mods.

2-2 1/2 turns out on the a/f screw, max.

Your pilot jet is plugged.

Im in tennessee and run the dyno jet kit on mine as well. My a/f screw is only 2 turns out with engine mods and a 165 main jet with needle on 2 and it runs great. Tear the carb apart and clean everything real good. That will be the best thing to do
