100 octane pump gas in phx?

I'm looking for a gas station that sell 100 octane fuel. I live around 43 ave and Greenway. I heard there was one on Grand Ave and ? Any body know of a place? Thanks Eric

Valero? Northwest Corner, pump number 16. but its 7.99 a gallon

Ok thanks for the info. I was hoping for someplace closer. I think I will just go to DVT airport its closer.

$4.21. a gallon for avgas.

Be careful with that Avgas. It's less dense, and will run leaner/hotter unless you re-jet appropriately. Runs good though!

I agree. Avgas is not the same. On the south end of town you can get 100 or 110 Sonoco for $7.50 a gallon at the Loves truck stop across from Firebird lake

there is a truck stop called loves on I-10 south of the 202 and there is a gas station at tatum and bell i believe it is a shell station

I think it's like 60th st and bell has some form of race gas also. You guys need to look into u45 or whatever it is that VP makes. I think it's like 105 octane but I've heard it being cheaper than $8 a gallon I believe...

Be very careful with avgas! There is one type used for turbine aircraft that is the equivalent of very clean diesel fuel! I do not remember the grade etc but the owner of my old skydiving drop zone used to burn it in his Cummins Dodge

The Avgas that you can use if you re-jet, is 100LL, blue in color. It has lead in it and will foul your plugs eventually. It is made for an airplane engine that is held at a certain rpm all day long. Doesn't have very good throttle response. It's fun to play with every now and then, but is no substitute for real race gas.
