For sale: 2007 Rhino 660 with 4 hours on it. I built this for a display car and it is time for it to find a new home. Last summer at a show in Sturgis, SD is got peppered with hail pretty good and put some cracks in the plastic. I can provide close up pics

+6" Fireball Racing long travel with Bilstein shocks
OMF Beadlocks / 26" Bighorns
PRP seats front & rear
Custom Paint
4 point harnesses
No other mods, all original

$12,500 Complete. I have over $19k in this, and it is NEW. Located in Rapid City, SD. Delivery negotiable.

I will consider selling the aftermarket parts separately. If anyone is interested in the long travel, I will sell it cheap but minus the CV's. Seats I will sell cheap but need stock seats in exchange. Wheels / tires also but need two OEM rear wheels/tires in exchange. I can't give the parts away, but will be considerably less than retail.

Hi guys. Just ran across this forum while browsing for parts. I've had my Rhino for several years now, but mainly looked around on Planet Side X Sides. I have an 05 Rhino 660 with a few mods....Warn skid plates, Dynatec CDI, UNI filter, 26" Bighorns with black SS 212's, Fabtech rear diff brace, Gorilla axles in the rear, and probably some more stuff I am forgetting. Right now my Rhino is down because of a busted tranny. I stripped out the ring and pinion that is in the bottom of the engine. I'm currently looking for parts to fix it. I'm tired of seeing her sitting there! I'm looking forward to sharing the forum with you guys!

Some of you know that I have had some serious motor trouble. It has been over a 6 month ordeal with everything from electrical to a complete crank failure. After calling everyone I could to ask questions, I spoke with Jason @ Weller and told him my problem of being in CA. and not being able to make it to AZ, he recommended Chris @ Benchmark.

From the start Chris has been super helpful with listening to my problems, help with solving them and tips on what to try. His technical knowledge on these motors is outstanding. After the crank rod blew a hole out of the back of the cases I was done with local motor guys so I took it to Chris with confidence.

I have now been out on 2 really good runs (minus some minor VDI tuning issues) on a complete rebuild with new cases, crank, counter balancer, piston, etc. built by Chris. The motor runs really strong with the recommendations and couldn't be more pleased with his work. I'm now hitting 66 with ease on just a 11:1, stage 3, +1 valves and larger injector on the motor.

To this day Chris still makes an effort to answer questions and help me out when in need.

I highly recommend him and have also met and talked to plenty of others who feel the same with Chris and his way of business.

Again, Thank you Chris.

Hey guys, found your forum by searching for a repair manual (great resource!)
Got an '06 or so Rhino 660 that's been sitting since last summer after it ran out of fuel and was towed back to the barn.

It had been suffering from an over heating issue, maybe, what was happening was it would die when under load and had to sit a minute before it would fire back up.

I'm about to tear into this with a full maintenance, fluids, carburetor rebuild, lube, project attack.

Any pointers, wisdom you can share would be terrific, :alcoholic:
