Not getting fire

I have 2005 Yamaha Rhino 660.

Changed out the fuel pump as it was not getting gas, that problem fixed. Another issue I can not solve is that the Rhino is not getting fire at the spark plug at all. Battery completely charged, winds and winds great, just no fire. Took out the air filter, sprayed a shot of ether, and not even a single pop. No fire whatsoever. (Brand new spark plug)

Any suggestions... Took it to the Yamaha shop for diagnostics, and got a call with an estimate of $1,100.00. Just looking to see what some people think may be the issue and how easy of a fix for someone who is mechanically incline.
