So my belt was slipping so I took the cover off. I found some oil in the clutch area. A decent amount. Any likley problem areas that u guys have seen that might cause this? I'm pretty sure that area should be dry. Thanks

No you dont have to pull the engine..pull the cover off....well you got it off...pull the sheaves..and then pull the back cover.

Could be teh seal or could be the gasket leaking over the wet clutch..once you get the back part of the cover off you can get to the bolts that hold the wet clutch on..easy fix.
