Crankworks in Temps, AZ. But...they take thier time and are currently out of rhino rods. I'd get a corrillo rod, bearing and pin from benchmark and send all the stuff to crankworks, then they can get it done quicker.

I agree on crankworks...but I prefer the falicon knife edge rod. Dont let crankworks install their bearing...use OEM only.

I have been researching info for my build. From what I have gathered is Chris/Benchmark does cranks in-house. Using your stock crank, he adds a Carrillo rod, bearings and another mod. Along with the diff support you will have a very strong bottom end. I going to send him mine.

Best thing to do is give Benchmark a call.

The stock crank and rod will work fine for your application. If you want to rebuild the crank and uograde to a Carrillo rod, that would obviously be better.
I would not recommend CW. After delays, mistakes, and finally repairing a customer's stroker crank for me recently, I received it only to find that the timing gear wasn't installed in the correct orientation. To correct the advanced cam timing, we had to use a slotted cam sprocket and degree the cam.

I have a ton of time on my Benchmark 686 with stock rod and crank. If I had the bucks, I would have upgraded though.

But do use the CP piston and DLC pin fRom Chris, this has definately helped in the longevity of my motor.

HMF makes an aftermarket exhaust that is called the Swamp Series. It is not much louder than stock but will allow it to breathe better. The Utility Series however is very loud and would not be good for your application. Check into the Swamp Series from HMF.
