grinding the welds on a stock 660 header

I was wondering if its worth grinding the welds inside the stock header on my rhino 660? If i grind them am i going to notice anything, if so where should i notice it in the power band?

they say u will feal a lil difference on bottom end...becarefull u dont grind to much and then tack weld the outside of it so it cant come lose..


then when u go to buy an exhaust get a muzzy then u will notice a big difference...

I did it to mine. My imagination tells me there was a difference. It certainly doesn't hurt. When you look at it you'll see the welds are pretty restrictive. You gain about 1/4"-3/8" of diameter.
