Rotax fuel pump

Attachment 19509

Two steps forward one back. Broke off fuel line on pump, any ideas? Was thinking running a nipple then trying to find some hard fuel line to hook the two together. Or get rid of this pump and get a fuel pump and regulator.

quite the pickle. will something thread into both ends? whatever you use will always be submerged in fuel too. i have no idea what the pump will cost OEM but i bet a separate pump and regulator will be cheaper. also, i dont know anything.

I dont know if that would be to restrictive, the hole looks pretty small on the hose. New pump is about 230. I have a fuel pump laying around, would just have to pick up a regulator and some fittings and build a plate.

Seems like someone posted that the Rotax 800 and the Rhino 700 fuel pressures were within just a few pounds of each other. Would a stock Rhino 700 tank and pump work for your setup if the 700 pressure was enough for the Rotax?.....Lance

Just bought the rotax your rhino tank. I would hate to have to run fuel line all over the place to get the pump- regulator to fit. The only advantage i see of aftermarket pump-regulator is everyone has them if they go out.
