09 700 fuel injection

I have never had a fuel injection that u have to pump gas pedal 2 or 3 times to get it to start. Then it usuall dies couple times, once its warm its fine. Could this b a dirty filter or something in the tune. Never worked on any fuel injection problems before

Add fuel to your 0% throttle column, a little at a time. Start with 4% from 1500 rpm to 2500.

Sheave Mods,ShimMod SlipperyWashers WetClutch Manuals: 450, 660, 700.

Or is that on a laptop

I honestly don't know Brian, but if that's all ya have to do to start it, then that's no big deal. These all have quirks, yours is built, so it's temperamental.

I hear ya, just never heard of a fuel injected machine you have to pump the gas to start kinda why i posted so if it was something like a dirty filter or dirty injector i could take care of it

CAn't figure out how pumping the gas does anything, you are just opening and closing the throttle plate that is it, no fuel is going in

Did you say it was a bored throttle body?

I have never been a fan of a bored throttle body personally, limited returns and it is only at high rpm and it hurts bottom end.

Chances are your throttle position sensor is the issue. it should be set at .68vdc for a stock throttle body, no idea on a bored one

When they bored it the calibration on the sensor is now off

Maybe someone else in here can tell you how to set the TPS voltage, well I can tell you how just not what voltage it should be but I was gonna say call someone who bores them and I am not sure who that would be but they could help you.

Brian, you add it into your fuel controller. Which fuel controller do you have?

Sheave Mods,ShimMod SlipperyWashers WetClutch Manuals: 450, 660, 700.
