Seizmik Door Install

As there have been a number of discussions about doors as of late I wanted to weigh in with my personal recent experience installing a Seizmik Modular door system hoping it might help others with their decision. After being completely disappointed with the OEM YAMI doors rattling and popping open I began a search for doors. Being in upstate NY my requirements included: full door capability because of temps and weather but flexibility to take off the tops with ease and most importantly easy in and out. Of course I wanted a rugged door that was light and would hold up and open and close like a door. Sounds reasonable and easy eh. After much review available doors like Jstrong full doors, UTVCAB enclosures lacked flexibility I wanted and hard shells like Carter Cab and proRhino while neat both were to expensive for my blood and decided the doors that best met my personal needs were the Seizmik Modular Door package 04012. I received the doors very quickly and was amazed at their unbelievable quality of manufacturing and finish. The welding and fabrication is flawless, the doors are solid and look terrific with a polished aluminum look. The overall fit is amazingly close and equal all the way around the doors. Not to mention the uber-cool factor when they are open with just the exo-look The install was so quick and easy and without issue I thought must be doing it wrong. After about an hour and a half (and I was milk’n it) I had both doors installed and was cleaned up. That included making one mod to the bracket specifically for an 06. I now had doors that opened and closed easily and did not rattle not to mention having a door pull to close them and a latch INSIDE.
I have now driven them in rain, snow and bitter cold with high winds and still think they are one of the best mods I did to my Rhino. I would be happy to send you some pics if you PM me and talk direct. These guys get a 10 from me on every aspect of these doors.
I also wanted to mention that what I think is the overall best feature of this door is that if you start out in the morning with a closed cab on a cool day as the day warms up you can open the windows and rollem up and store them in the attached cover or remove the top completely. The overall modularity of the doors with little effort is overall what I thinks makes them the best choice.
Oh FYI. I had a question after my install about replacement covers should I ever tear one and Seizmik responded to me within a day of my registration and question. Their customer service is awesome and is consistent response with a question I had about the center locker / console a while back.
