2005 660 not charging battery

After a couple hours of riding over the weekend, the beast would not start. A quick check with the multimeter indicated low battery voltage as the culprit. After charging the battery overnight and leaving everything else as it was, there was no voltage loss. However, once I cranked it up, there was no indication of charging voltage either. I disconnected the plug from the rectifier/regulator and checked resistance of the three phases from the stator and found two of them open and the third had a reading of 21.5 ohms. I still need to check at the plug coming out of the engine to eliminate the wiring harness, but, it appears that I need a new stator. Can anyone recommend a replacement?(H.O. or stock). The bike is stock at present, but, I would like to add a winch and upgrade the lighting eventually. Any input from you guys will be greatly appreciated. Also, when I do change the stator, what else would be good to check at that time(i.e. water pump, new hoses, etc.) Thanks!!!!
