Cooling Fan Issues

I noticed 2 weekends ago that my Rhino was running real hot and the overflow was spitting. I have the bypass so my fan runs all the time but noticed yesterday when it over heated that the fan was not working at all. I also have the PWR Radiator and Oil cooler.

I went ahead and ordered a 900CFM cooling fan and custom shroud because I thought the stock fan was not working. Well, I tested the fan directly to the battery and it works fine. I checked the connections and they are fine. There is no power at the connector from the harness of the battery area where the connector attaches to the the fan.

Now that I know the stock fan is fine, I am going to move the oil cooler and use the stock fan for it. But I still do not have power for the fan to work. The bypass is right at the bullet connectors in the battery compartment so there is not a fuse or circuit breaker. Just a piece of wire that connects the 2 bullet connectors.

Is there another fuse or circuit breaker somewhere??? Everything worked fine until last weekend.
