I have 2 4" Checkers HID's installed on my Rhino. Each on their own switch. One fires instantly. The other I have to keep flipping the switch off and on sometimes at least 20 times to get it to fire. Does this even after it's hot. Checked and rechecked the wiring, ground and finally put it on its own switch. Has anyone tried to change the ballast in one of these or did I just get a dud. It's less than 6 months old.
